• Q What about sample charge? Can I get the sample for free?

  White samples can be free offer to check size, construction and quality.

  Colored samples would have cost depends on your artwork.

  
  

• Q How many days will samples be finsihed? How about the mass production?

  3-5 working days for white samples.

  7-10 working days for colored samples or pre-production samples.

  Mass production lead time depends on your quantity and design, mostly need 30 working days.

  
  

• Q Can we have our logo or company information on your products or packaging?

  All the design is customized. You could put your logo or design accordingly.

• Q What's your trading term?

  EXW, FOB etc. You can choose the one that is most convenient and cost-effective for you.

• Q What's your payment term?

  Negotiable. Regular Customer Deposit when place the order and balance before delivery.

• Q How do I know my products are in production?

  We can show you materials/semi-products/finished products in production of the packaging you ordered by video call.

• Q What can we do if we find quality or quantity problem upon receipt of goods?

  Please send us photos and video evidence, we will make satisfactory solution within 24 hours upon confirmation of the problems.
